I Want To Be A Entrepreneur So I Can Open My Own Pediatric Office And Become A Pediatrician Is That Too Much?

No, but don’t get the cart before the horse.
You have to get accepted to Medical school, graduate from Medical school, complete an Internship and Residency to become an MD. At that point, you can decide to be an Entrepreneur and open your own office, or work for someone else. Your biggest (most important, time and energy consuming) challenge is to become a doctor. That is going to be your major accomplishment in Life. If you start your own business, or work for someone else, well, that is just a minor detail, and you can always switch between the two.

That’s illegal in most states. You need to become a pediatrician in order to open a pediatric professional practice.
You could open an office and fully equip it, and recruit pediatricians to work there, but you have to charge them rent; you aren’t allowed to participate in the profits without a medical license.
